Super Mood Foods

My new year tidy up has produced several pieces of paper where I have written notes for a blog. I came across this.

Try to include all or at least most of the following.

Fish (oily)

berries

oats

broccoli

tomatoes, canned

parsley

figs

avocado.

and to cut down on caffeine, soft fizzy drinks ad all processed foods.  Buy fresh wherever possible.
